   I have had the pleasure of knowing Kay Kernek on a professional level for the last 7 years. Kay is currently my family’s realtor and was the agent that located our first home. My wife and I are planning on utilizing Kay’s knowledge and expertise during the purchase of our next home. We continually recommend her services because of the dedication she prescribes to each of her clients as though she is buying the home for herself.

   As I had mentioned previously, Kay was the agent that held our hands through the unknown world of buying a first home. She made sure to clarify terminology in ways we would understand and also had a keen eye for items that most would not notice. An example of this is when we thought we had found the home of our dreams. We pulled up to the front of the house and it appeared to my wife and I that our search was over. We made a detailed walk through of the house and then into the backyard. Upon walking out, Kay indicated that it might be time to leave. She pointed out that there were power lines in the backyard, which would prevent us from ever being able to construct a storage shed or planting trees in certain areas of the yard. The amazing part of that is I had only briefly mentioned wanting a shed in a conversation we had had nearly a week earlier.

   The summation I can provide for Kay cannot provide the justice she truly deserves. Kay Kernek’s attention to details shows in the homes her clients eventually purchase. She takes all the wants and desires of her clients, blends that with her experience, and creates the perfect buying experience.
